RACHEL EVANS - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
As the Watershed Center’s Operations Director, Rachel focuses on financial management, policy, procedure development, and financial reporting. Rachel also works closely with project managers to help foster their NEPA and CEQA projects to ensure environmental compliance for the Watershed Center’s wide variety of projects from new trails to fuels management.
Rachel has over ten years of experience in business administration and over five years of experience as a project manager. She graduated from CSU Chico with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Rachel has lived in Hayfork since 2017 where she stays active within the community by volunteering with the Hayfork Rotary and Friends Enjoying Ewing Trails. She enjoys hiking, pottery, gardening, backpacking, and fishing.
